Ned Brandenberger RMP, CMCA
Ned has over 25 years of professional property management experience and is the owner and President of Sandpoint Property Management Inc .
Sandpoint Property Management has a management portfolio of approximately 1200 residential units and over 750,000 square feet of commercial space including office, industrial, warehouse, flex, storage and retail space in both North Idaho and Montana. Since founding Sandpoint Property Management, Ned has provided a wide range of property management and consulting services to owners and investors including leasing, development, acquisition and sales.
Ned has a Bachelor of Science from Montana State University in Agricultural Economics and is an Associate Broker in the Commercial Division of Evergreen Realty, He is a Licensed Property Manager in the State of Montana, and has achieved the RMP® Designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers, and the CMCA® Designation from the Community Association Managers Certification Board. Ned is the current President of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) for the Inland Northwest Chapter. Ned’s wife has been trying for years to get him to seek help for his addiction to old buildings.

Jennifer Brandenberger CPA, CMCA
Jennifer is the Financial Officer and CPA of Sandpoint Property Management, Inc. She has practiced public accounting for 22 years, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting, and is a licensed CPA in Idaho and Washington. Jennifer is also an instrument rated commercial pilot (you read that right). Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, flying, and swimming. Pretty much in that order.

Jason Ponder
Jason has only been in the industry for a short time, but has proven himself to be a huge asset to our commercial owners and clients. His reputation precedes him when it comes to finding exactly what the client needs and matching them to the property that works best for them. He focuses on commercial office and small to mid-sized warehouse and industrial spaces. A master at Excel, Jason loves commercial leasing and spread sheets. Really, he loves spreadsheets.
